We advised Keystone Developments (LG) Limited on the construction of 75 retirement bungalows at The Croft, Bourne.
The works comprised the construction of 75 retirement bungalows and apartments together with the renovation and conversion of the original ‘manor house’ to provide communal facilities for the residents.
Gateley RJA provided project management services under the bespoke Development Agreement between the client and the constructor, Larkfleet Homes.
