We advised Keystone Developments (LG) Limited on the construction of 21 retirement apartments nd associated communal facilities at Saddler’s Court, Melton Mowbray.
The works comprised the construction of 21 retirement apartments and associated communal facilities, including all associated external works and services. The works were carried out by Westleigh Developments Limited as part of a Joint Venture Agreement with Keystone Developments (LG) Limited.
The architect on this project was BRP Architects and Diamond Wood & Shaw was the structural engineer.
